The first step is a short telephone conversation to check there’s a good fit on both sides. This gives us a chance to confirm that your situation aligns with how I work and that it would be useful to explore things further.
If there’s a fit, we can then arrange a longer conversation to step back properly, understand what’s really going on, and discuss how I might be able to help.
I tend to work best with organisations that have growth ambitions and some internal capacity to implement change – whether that’s an existing marketing resource or the intention to build one.
