Case study: Marketing strategy - multi-site service provider

We recently worked with a large provider of services for people with a learning disability.

The organisation were in a dilema – they needed to tell people with a personal budget about the really good support they were providing, but they found the thought shouting about what they do (and therefore their service users' private lives) unpalatable.

We worked with a group of staff (including people with a learning disability) to identify the best ways to do this. We developed a marketing strategy and helped the organisation to implement their new website and develop an internal & external communications strategy.

Once we had defined the full scope of what was required we were able to define how operational roles needed to change and identify the training requirements for people across the organisation. We also helped them to recruit a new role of Marketing Manager.

In addition we developed a customer satisfaction survey which complements the qualitative feedback they receive from service users. This will allow our client to identify key issues, compare services across the country and provide them with positive statistics that they can use to promote the organisation in the future.
