New Care Marketing Toolkit launched to help care providers generate and convert service enquiries

Straight Up Marketing is pleased to announce the launch of the Care Marketing Toolkit, the first of its kind specifically aimed at social care providers, large and small, looking to generate and convert service enquiries.

The Care Marketing Toolkit is an online collection of over 80 videos with supporting templates, documents and links. It is industry-specific, relevant, cost-effective and practical, and can be used by non-marketing specialists to produce great results. The toolkit is suitable for individual and groups of care homes, home care providers, franchisors, franchisees, multi-site care providers and those looking to start a care business.
The contents are jargon-free and can be used as a learning resource to develop a care provider’s marketing skills and to train staff who are responsible for business development, marketing and handling enquiries. The consultancy that is included with a subscription can be used to ensure that organisations get the most out of the toolkit from day one.
Nicki Wakefield, Director says: In our experience of working with dozens of health and social care organisations - most are facing the same issues. The Care Marketing Toolkit answers the questions we have received time and again. Putting together this resource was a huge undertaking and I’m heartened by the really positive response we have had from the people that have helped to develop and review this along the way. I’m confident this is a product that really will help social care providers to generate business and reduce wasted time and money on things that are unlikely to work.”

Straight Up Marketing has collaborated with a range of organisations with different levels of marketing expertise including seeking feedback from Housing and Support Alliance and the VODG Marketing Group. Those involved unanimously agree that the content is excellent and testimonials are available on the website.
